Would you like a cup of tea or a cup of MOUSSE??

Good Morning Everybody. I was sent this last night and just had to let you see this.
One of my friends sent me how they had presented her home made chocolate and orange mousse, with cherries on top to finish. This is a lovely presentation and a great idea if you are having dinner parties or just being creative in the kitchen..

I think you will agree this is different yet very stylish finish to the dish.

Standing in colour and design...

Hi everybody.

Well we are getting closer to Spring and having that yearly clearout and freshing up the house.

I thought I would let you see some photos of one of my friends' visit to a trade show in Birmingham in the NEC. He is a designer and is interested in new and funky products. He said he was taken with a few stands there. I can post them as I get them and you can certainly have a look....

I think there are some lovely, fun designs. As I say when I get more images from the exhibition I will post them. Speak to you all soon
